临床住院医师规范化培训带教教学的探讨

我国开展住院医师规范化培训较晚,至今仍缺乏统一培训的标准,全国各地区住院医师规范化培训起步时间不一致,我院作为内蒙古自治区地区首批住院医师规范化培训基地,自2015年9月开始在全区内招收住院医师规范化培训学员,虽然经过5年规培带教历练,但仍处于探索阶段,这就需要我们在临床带教和规培医师能力培养方面不断完善。5年的摸索中我们对于带教方面特别是在理论授课、临床实践、科研能力提升、医患沟通及"一对一导师制度"建立方面有了一些个人经验,在这里与大家分享探讨,为更好的实现临床住院医师规范化培训带教贡献一份力量。

The start time of standardized training for residents is late in China,training is still lack of unified standards,national regions start time resident standardized training is not consistent.As the first batch of standardized training bases for residents in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,since September 2015 in the whole recruit students resident standardized training in our hospital,although after five years rules from the teaching experience,but is still in the exploratory stage,this needs us in clinical teaching and standardized training to cultivate the students’ability to constantly improve.In this 5 years of exploration,we have gained some personal experience in teaching,especially in theoretical teaching,clinical practice,scientific research ability improvement,doctor-patient communication and establishment of"one-to-one tutor system".Here we share and discuss with you,so as to contribute to the better realization of standardized training and teaching for clinical residents.
