手术室综合保温护理对急性失血患者术中低体温的预防效果及护理作用

The Preventive Effect and Nursing Effect of Comprehensive Heat Preservation Nursing in Operating Room on Low Temperature During Operation of Patients with Acute Hemorrhage

目的分析在急性失血患者中应用手术室综合保温护理对预防术中低体温的效果。方法将2017年3月至2019年3月在我院接受手术治疗的320例急性失血患者随机分为两个组别,给予对照组(160例)常规护理,给予实验组(160例)手术室综合保温护理。对比两组患者护理效果。结果实验组术中低体温率、感染率、清醒时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组患者护理总满意率,实验组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室综合保温护理应用于急性失血患者中,能够有效预防术中低体温的发生,减少感染几率,加快术后清醒,满意度较高,应用价值明显。

Objective To analyze the effect of the operation room comprehensive heat preservation nursing on the prevention of intraoperative hypothermia in patients with acute hemorrhage.Methods From March 2017 to March 2019,320 patients with acute hemorrhage who received surgical treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(160 cases)received routine nursing,and the experimental group(160 cases)received comprehensive thermal insulation nursing in the operating room.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The low temperature rate,infection rate and awake time in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the total satisfaction rate of nursing between the two groups,the experimental group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive heat preservation nursing in operating room in patients with acute hemorrhage can effectively prevent the occurrence of hypothermia,reduce the probability of infection,speed up postoperative lucidity,have high satisfaction,and have obvious application value.
