关节镜治疗膝关节损伤的康复护理方法探究

Study on the Rehabilitation Nursing Method of Arthroscopic Treatment of Knee Joint Injury

目的探析康复护理方法应用于关节镜治疗膝关节损伤中的护理效果。方法将2018年8月-2019年9月在我院接受治疗的膝关节损伤患者80例作为本次主要研究对象,对所有患者使用关节镜进行治疗,并随机分到观察组和对照组,各组40例。给予对照组常规护理,观察组则使用康复护理措施。统计和分析两组患者护理后生活质量情况和护理满意度。结果采用康复护理的观察组,其生活质量和护理满意度都均高于对照组,两组患者数据比较存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节损伤患者接受关节镜治疗后,采取康复护理方法,能够有效的提高患者的生活质量,在临床中具有较高的应用推广价值。

Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the treatment of knee joint injury by arthroscopy.Methods 80 patients with knee joint injury who were treated in our hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were taken as the main subjects of this study.All patients were treated with arthroscopy and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.Routine nursing was given to the control group and rehabilitation nursing was used to the observation group.The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results The quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with knee joint injury after arthroscopic treatment,which has a high value in clinical application and promotion.
