高尿酸血症患者体质分析及疾病类型和血糖血脂水平的关系

Analysis of Constitution of Patients with Hyperuricemia and the Relationship between Disease Type and Blood Glucose and Lipid Level

目的分析高尿酸血症患者体质及疾病类型和血糖血脂水平的关系。方法选取我院体检中心进行体格检查的5600受检者为研究对象,采集其血液标本,观察高尿酸血症患者体质及疾病类型和血糖血脂水平的关系。结果偏颇体质5520例中,湿热质、痰湿质占比较高,分别为39.13%、29.34%。排泄不良型HUA中,湿热质最多,占比67.50%、生成增多型HUA中,痰湿质最多,占比62.40、混合型HUA中,气虚质最多,占比36.33%;不同种类HUA患者年龄无明显差异(P>0.05),血糖、血脂,BMI指标上,较于其他两组,生成增多型HUA患者上述水平明显更高(P<0.05);各类型HUA发生与饮酒、BMI、性别、高血糖、高血脂、高血压呈正相关,与年龄成负相关。结论各类型HUA均与中医体质密切相关,若血糖、血脂,BMI显著升高,可考虑为生成增多型HUA,提示医师针应积极予以治疗方案干预,最大程度减少HUA发生,提示患者生存质量。

Objective To analyze the relationship between constitution,disease type and blood glucose and lipid level in patients with hyperuricemia.Methods 5600 subjects who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and blood samples were collected to observe the relationship between the constitution,disease types and blood glucose and lipid levels of hyperuricemia patients.Results Among 5520 cases with biased constitution,the proportion of dampness-heat and phlegm-dampness was higher,39.13%and 29.34%,respectively.Among the poorly excreted HUA,dampness and heat were the most,accounting for 67.50%,and among the increased HUA,phlegm and dampness were the most,accounting for 62.40.Among the mixed HUA,Qi deficiency was the most,accounting for 36.33%.There was no significant difference in age between different types of HUA patients(P>0.05),blood glucose,blood lipids,Compared with the other two groups,the above levels were significantly higher in patients with increased HUA(P<0.05);the occurrence of various types of HUA was positively correlated with alcohol consumption,BMI,gender,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and hypertension,and negatively correlated with age.Conclusion All types of HUA are closely related to TCM constitution.If blood glucose,lipid and BMI are significantly increased,it can be considered to generate increased HUA,suggesting that physicians should actively intervene in treatment programs to minimize the occurrence of HUA and suggest the quality of life of patients.
