藏药七味红花卡擦散治疗乙肝的临床疗效探讨

Clinical Effect of Tibetan Medicine Qiwei Honghua Kaca Powder in Treatment of Hepatitis B

目的探讨分析藏药七味红花卡擦散治疗乙肝的临床治疗效果。方法收集整理我院于2018年5月至2019年11月收治的180例乙肝患者的临床资料,将其作为本次研究的对象,按照患者所采取的不同治疗方法分为对照组(90例)和观察组(90例);对照组采用恩替卡韦治疗,观察组则采用藏药七味红花卡擦散治疗;对比两组患者治疗后的效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率93.33%(84/90)显著优于对照组患者治疗总有效率71.11%(64/90),P<0.05。结论给予乙肝患者应用藏药七味红花卡擦散治疗疗效显著,有效改善患者临床症状,促进肝功能恢复,具有临床应用推广价值。

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of Tibetan medicine Qiwei Honghua Kaca Powder in the treatment of hepatitis B.Methods The clinical data of 180 patients with hepatitis B treated in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2019 were collected and used as the object of this study.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(90 cases)and observation group(90 cases).The control group was treated with entecavir,and the observation group was treated with Tibetan medicine Qiwei Honghua Kaca Powder powder.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%(84/90),which was significantly better than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 71.11%(64/90),P<0.05.Conclusion The treatment of Hepatitis B patients with Tibetan medicine Qiwei Honghuak Kaca Powder is effective,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the recovery of liver function,and has clinical application and promotion value.
