改良中药溻渍法联合红外线照射护理脑卒中后肩手综合症Ⅰ期的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Modified Traditional Chinese Medicine Fuzhou Method combined with Infrared Radiation on the Stage Ⅰ of Shoulder Hand Syndrome after Stroke

目的评价改良中药溻渍法联合红外线照射护理脑卒中后肩手综合症Ⅰ期的效果。方法随机选取本院康复科2019年1月至2020年6月接收的84例脑卒中后肩手综合症(SHS)Ⅰ期患者作为研究对象。依据随机选取法分成对照组42例行早期康复训练和红外线照射;观察组42例添加中药溻渍法,将两组最终护理治疗效果进行对比。结果护理治疗后观察组患者上肢运动功能和日常生活能力均明显提高,肢体疼痛及肿胀程度均显著改善,组间数据差异显著统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中后肩手综合症Ⅰ期患者应用改良中药溻渍法联合红外线照射护理治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者上肢运动功能和日常生活能力恢复速度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the modified traditional Chinese medicine Zhuzhou method combined with infrared radiation on the stageⅠof shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods A total of 84 patients with stageⅠpost-stroke shoulder hand syndrome(SHS)were randomly selected from the rehabilitation department of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020.According to the method of random selection,42 cases in the control group were divided into early rehabilitation training and infrared radiation;42 cases in the observation group were added with traditional Chinese medicine Zhuzhou method,and the final nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing treatment,the upper limb movement function and daily life ability of the patients in the observation group were significantly improved,and the degree of limb pain and swelling were significantly improved.The data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modified traditional Chinese medicine combined with infrared radiation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with shoulder hand syndrome stageⅠafter stroke,and improve the recovery speed of upper limb motor function and daily life ability.
