观察改良火针治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Modified Fire Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis

目的分析改良火针治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取本院2017年5月至2019年11月接收的急性痛风性关节炎患者46例,按照随机双盲法分组,两组各23例,对照组行西药口服治疗,干预组行改良火针治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果所有患者治疗前VAS评分、血尿酸值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后VAS评分、血尿酸值明显低于治疗前,而干预组患者治疗后VAS评分、血尿酸值也明显低于对照组,治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良火针治疗急性痛风性关节炎有良好的临床疗效,能及时缓解疼痛症状,降低血尿酸水平,可明显改善关节炎症。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified fire needle on acute gouty arthritis.Methods Forty-six patients with acute gouty arthritis received in our hospital from May 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,23 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and the intervention group was treated with modified fire acupuncture,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score and blood uric acid value between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The VAS score and blood uric acid value in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,while the VAS score and blood uric acid value in the intervention group were also significantly lower than those in the control group,and the effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified fire needle has good clinical effect in treating acute gout arthritis,can relieve pain symptoms in time,reduce blood uric acid level,can significantly improve joint inflammation.
