早期多元化护理对新生儿出生后不同时间黄疸指数的影响

Effect of Early Diversified Nursing on Jaundice Index at Different Time after Birth

目的探讨早期多元化护理对新生儿出生后不同时间的黄疸指数的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院的52例新生儿患儿,随机分为两组。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用早期多元化护理。结果出生后3天、5天和7天,观察组相较于对照组患儿的黄疸指数较低,(P<0.05);观察组相较于对照组患儿的胎便转黄时间、首次排便时间和胎便退黄时间较短(P<0.05)。结论早期多元化护理能明显降低新生儿出生后不同时间的黄疸指数。

Objective To investigate the effect of early diversified nursing on the jaundice index at different time after birth.Methods 52 neonates from our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early diversified nursing.Results Three,five and seven days after birth,the jaundice index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of fetal yellowing,the time of first defecation and the time of fetal yellowing were shorter in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early diversified nursing can significantly reduce the jaundice index at different time after birth.
