佛山市顺德区托幼机构消毒质量监测结果研究

Study on Monitoring Results of Disinfection Quality in Kindergartens in Shunde District of Foshan City

目的了解佛山市顺德区托幼机构消毒质量现状,为做好托幼机构内传染病防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,对2016-2018年辖区托幼机构室内空气、物体表面、玩具、工作人员手、幼儿手和使用中消毒剂监测数据进行分析。结果3年监测托幼机构166宗,采集样品1659份,样品合格率为91.38%,各年合格率差异无统计学意义(c^2=1.2691,P>0.05)。在各种监测对象中,室内空气和使用中消毒剂合格率最高(100.00%),卫生合格率最低(80.27%),差异有统计学意义(c^2=4772.124,P<0.05)。区属托幼机构消毒质量优于集体和民办,差异有统计学意义(c^2=8.0646,P<0.05)。主要超标项目是菌落总数,占比87.92%。结论佛山市顺德区托幼机构的消毒质量总体情况良好,但需要关注手卫生问题,主管部门应加强监督管理。

Objective To understand the disinfection quality of kindergartens in ShundeDistrict of Foshan City,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in kindergartens.Methods Retrospective investigation was used to analyze the detecting data of room air,surfaces of objects,toys,hands of staff,hands of children and disinfectants in kindergartens from 2016 to 2018.Results 166 kindergartens were monitored and 1659 samples were collected in 3 year.The qualified rate of samples was 91.38%,there was no statistically significant difference in each year(c^2=1.2691,P>0.05).Among the monitored items,the qualified rate of air samples and disinfectant in use were the highest(100%),the hand hygiene was the lowest(80.27%),the difference of items was statistically significant(c^2=4772.124,P<0.05).The disinfection quality of district owned kindergartens was better than that of collective and private kindergartens,the difference was statistically significant(c^2=8.0646,P<0.05).The main over standard items were the total number of colonies,accounting for 87.92%.Conclusion The quality of disinfection work in kindergartens in Shunde District of Foshan City was generally good,but the problem in hand hygiene needs to be attentioned,and the competent department should strengthen supervision and management.
