西药临床合理用药的安全性及管理方案分析

Analysis on the Safety and Management Plan of Rational Drug Use in Western Medicine

目的探析西药临床合理用药的安全性及管理方案。方法2018年9月至2019年9月,选取我院开具的西药处方处方260张,其中130张不给予用药管理(对照组),130张给予用药管理(观察组),对比药品使用的安全性。结果两组联合用药不当、用药剂量不当、用药时间不当、重复用药、发生不良反应的几率对比,观察组较对照组低,(P<0.05)统计学存在意义。结论临床应强化西药的用药管理,有利于降低发生不良事件的几率,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To analyze the safety and management plan of rational drug use in western medicine.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,260 western medicine prescriptions issued by our hospital were selected,of which 130 were not administered(control group)and 130 were administered(observation group)to compare the safety of drug use sex.Results The two groups were compared with each other in terms of the probability of improper combined medication,inappropriate dosage,inappropriate medication time,repeated medication,and adverse reactions.The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The administration of western medicine should be strengthened in clinical practice,which is conducive to reducing the chance of adverse events and the incidence of adverse reactions.
