目的探究应用PDCA循环管理在儿科病房管理中的影响。方法本研究样本从本院儿科病房患儿中选取,总例数为100,研究时间始于2018年6月,止于2019年6月,依据护理管理方式的异同进行分组,实验组患儿予以PDCA循环管理下的优质护理,对照组患儿予以常规的优质护理服务,对比两组患儿护理结果。结果研究得知,实验组与对照组在护理工作评分上存在差异,其中实验组患儿护理工作各项评分较优异(P<0.05);实验组与对照组在患儿家属护理满意度上存在差异,其中实验组患儿家属护理满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论据此研究明确,在儿科病房管理中应用PDCA循环管理,能明显改善患儿护理质量,进而提升患儿家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the impact of applying PDCA cycle management in pediatric ward management.Methods The sample of this study was selected from the children in the pediatric ward of our hospital.The total number of cases was 100 cases.The study period was began in June 2018 and ended in June 2019.The patients were grouped according to the similarities and differences in nursing management methods.The patients were given high-quality care under PDCA cycle management.The children in the control group were given routine high-quality care services,and the nursing results of the two groups were compared.Results The study showed that there were differences in nursing work scores between the experimental group and the control group.Among them,the nursing work scores of the experimental group were excellent(P<0.05);There was a difference between the experimental group and the control group in the satisfaction degree of family care of the children,and the satisfaction degree of family care of the children in the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on this study,it is clear that the application of PDCA cycle management in the management of pediatric wards can significantly improve the quality of care of children,and then increase the satisfaction of children’s families.
