探究彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断妇产科急腹症方面的价值

To explore the Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen in Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的研究分析针对妇产科急腹症患者采用彩色多普勒超声检查进行产前诊断的价值。方法研究资料为2018年12月至2019年12月本院收治的200例经临床病理证实患有急腹症的妇产科患者,对所有患者均在产前采用彩色多普勒超声检查后,观察其诊断结果的准确性。结果200例患者经临床病理证实均属于急腹症疾病,经彩色多普勒超声检查后结果显示:共有190例患有急腹症患者,诊断准确性95.00%,其中包括异位妊娠患者148例,诊断准确性为98.67%;黄体破裂患者11例,诊断准确性为84.62%;卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者6例,诊断准确性为75.00%;难免性流产患者10例,诊断准确性为100.00%;急性盆腔炎患者10例,诊断准确性为83.33%;子宫肌瘤变性患者5例,诊断准确性为71.43%;组间差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用彩色多普勒超声检查方法可以有效对妇产科急腹症患者进行产前诊断,同时也可以很好的对患者的疾病类型进行确诊,为患者的临床治疗提供有力依据。

Objective The value of prenatal diagnosis was analyzed by color Doppler ultrasound in the patients with acute abdomen of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,200 obstetrics and gynaecology patients with acute abdomen confirmed by clinicopathology were treated in our hospital.All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound before delivery to observe the accuracy of their diagnostic results.Results The results of color Doppler ultrasound showed that 190 patients with acute abdomen were diagnosed with acute abdomen,including 148 patients with ectopic pregnancy(98.67%),11 patients with corpus corpus rupture(84.62%),6 patients with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion(75.00%),and 190 patients with acute abdominal disease(95.00%),including 148 patients with ectopic pregnancy(98.67%),11 patients with corpus rupture(84.62%)and 6 patients with ovarian cyst pedicle torsion(75.00%).10 cases of refractory abortion,10 cases of acute pelvic inflammation,10 cases of hysteromyoma degeneration,10 cases of acute pelvic inflammation,10 cases of uterine myoma degeneration,10 cases of acute pelvic inflammation and 5 cases of uterine myoma degeneration.The diagnostic accuracy was 71.43%and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can effectively make antenatal diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,and can also diagnose the disease types of patients,which provides a powerful basis for clinical treatment of patients.
