浅谈糖尿病患者的护理要点

目的探讨分析糖尿病患者的临床护理要点。方法除积极配合医生的治疗外,做好各项护理:如健康教育、心理护理、饮食护理、运动护理、血糖检测等。结果糖尿病虽目前尚不能根治,但合理地控制饮食、保持良好的情绪等,都可以延缓其并发症的发生和发展,并能像健康人一样正常生活、工作、学习、长寿。结论本文从糖尿病定义、分类、饮食原则、健康教育、心理护理等方面进行护理,糖尿病病人的治疗效果及预后较好。

Objective Discussion and analysis of the key points of clinical nursing for diabetic patients.Methods In addition to actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment,do a good job in all kinds of nursing:Such as health education,psychological nursing,diet nursing,sports nursing,blood glucose detection and so on.Results Although diabetes can not be cured at present,reasonable diet control and good mood can delay the occurrence and development of its complications,and can live,work,study and live a long life as healthy people.Conclusion In this paper,the definition of diabetes,classification,dietary principles,health education,psychological care and other aspects of nursing,diabetes patients with better therapeutic effect and prognosis.
