探讨综合护理干预在老年髋部骨折患者术后的应用效果

Explore the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Hip Fracture after Operation

目的探讨分析综合护理干预在老年髋部骨折患者术后的应用效果。方法选择中医院骨科中于2016年至2019年收治的30例老年髋部骨折患者为本次探究对象,随机分为常规组和综合组,分别对其实施常规护理干预和综合护理干预,观察两组患者的术后护理效果。结果护理后,综合组患者的Harris髋关节和Barthel指数评分均高于常规组,且并发症发生率更低,组间数据差异大具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年髋部骨折患者术后实施综合护理干预,其护理效果显著,能够有效提高髋关节功能的恢复效果,降低并发症发生率,该护理方式具有较高的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the elderly patients with hip fracture after operation.Methods Thirty elderly patients with hip fracture admitted in the orthopaedic department of the county hospital from 2016 to 2019 were selected as the objects of this study.They were randomly divided into the conventional group and the comprehensive group,and the conventional nursing intervention and the comprehensive nursing intervention were implemented respectively to observe the postoperative nursing effect of the two groups.Results After nursing,the Harris hip joint and Barthel Index scores of patients in the comprehensive group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was lower,the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention for the elderly patients with hip fracture after operation has significant nursing effect,which can effectively improve the recovery effect of hip joint function and reduce the incidence of complications.This nursing method has a high value of promotion and application.
