改良的下睑缘切口在眼袋整复术及中面部年轻化中的应用分析

An Analysis of the Application of the Improved Lower Eyelid Margin Incision in Blepharoplasty and Facial Rejuvenation

目的对于临床门诊部需实行眼袋整复术患者,分析探讨采用改良的下睑缘切口术对中面部年轻化中的应用情况。方法本次研究选取近1个月(2019年3月至2019年4月)实行改良的下睑缘切口眼袋整复术患者共20例,同时对以上患者实行中面部SMAS筋膜的悬吊以及眼轮匝肌从而起到面部年轻化治疗目的,分别将20例患者治疗后整体情况以及对其效果满意度进行对比。结果治疗后总有效率为95.00%,无效为5.00%,同时,80.00%的患者面中部松弛得到改善,10.00%的患者鱼尾纹消除,10.00%的鼻唇沟纹变浅,整体而言中面部年轻化效果显著。结论对临床中面部轻度或中度松弛者、眼袋明显者实行改良的下睑缘切口眼袋整复术,不仅对患者造成的创伤较小、设计隐蔽合理,同时手术效果显著,值得临床继续推行并加以应用。

Objective For the patients who need to be operated in the clinic clinic,we analyzed and discussed the application of the improved lower eyelid margin incision in the middle facial rejuvenation.Methods In this study,20 patients who underwent the modified lower eyelid margin incision pouch surgery in the past 1 month(March 2019 to April 2019)were selected.Meanwhile,the above patients were suspended with the middle facial SMAS fascia and orbicularis oculi muscle to achieve the purpose of facial rejuvenation.The overall situation of 20 patients after treatment and their effect satisfaction were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.00%and the ineffective rate was 5.00%.At the same time,80.00%of the patients’relaxation in the middle of the face was improved,10.00%of the patients’crow’s tail lines were eliminated,and 10.00%of the nasolabial furrows became shallow.As a whole,the effect of facial rejuvenation was significant.Conclusion The improved lower eyelid margin incision and pouch reconstruction for patients with mild or moderate facial laxity and obvious pouch is not only less trauma and reasonable design,but also significant surgical effect,which is worthy of further clinical application.
