Overweight and Obesity Status of Children Under 3 Years Old in Nanshao Town

目的了解南邵镇3岁以下儿童超重肥胖现状。方法收集2018年11月至2019年10月在南邵社区卫生服务中心进行体检的儿童体检信息5970人次,使用"WHO儿童体格生长发育标准差数值表"进行体格发育评价,并对其超重肥胖现状进行观察统计。结果全年体检5970人次,24个月组859人:超重37人,肥胖9人;30个月组718人:超重30人,肥胖3人;36个月519人,超重13人,肥胖3人。不同年龄组超重例数对比,男童的超重发生率明显高于女童;不同年龄组肥胖例数,男童的肥胖发生率明显高于女童。结论随着儿童的月龄增长,其肥胖率呈逐渐下降的趋势,且男孩发生率明显高于女孩,临床保健医生应当加强对儿童肥胖危害的宣教,并指导儿童家长科学育儿。

Objective To understand the status of overweight and obesity in children under 3-years old in Nanshao town.Methods From November 2018 to October 2019,5970 cases of physical examination information of children in Nanshao Community Health Service Center were collected,and the physical development was evaluated by"WHO standard deviation of physical growth and development of children",and the status of overweight and obesity was observed and counted.Results There were 5970 physical examinations in the whole year,859 in the 24-month group:37 overweight,9 obese.Seven hundred and eighteen in the 30-month group:30 overweight,3 obese.Five hundred and nineteen in the 36-month group,13 overweight,3 obese.Compared with the number of overweight cases in different age groups,the incidence of overweight in boys was significantly higher than that in girls.Compared with the number of obese cases in different age groups,the incidence of obesity in boys was significantly higher than that in girls.Conclusion With the increase of children’s age,the obesity rate is gradually decreasing,and the incidence of boys is significantly higher than that of girls.The clinical health care doctors should strengthen the propaganda and education of children’s obesity hazards,and guide children’s parents to educate children scientifically.
