胃肠减压的临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of Gastrointestinal Decompression

目的分析并探讨对胃肠减压患者的相关护理方法与效果情况。方法研究对象出自烟台海港医院普外科收治的需要实施胃肠减压治疗的患者60例(选取病例的时间节点为2018年至2019年),将全部患者分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组纳入患者30例,给对照组患者实施常规护理,给观察组患者实施有效的护理,比较两组患者的护理干预效果。结果比较两组患者的治疗效果,观察组显著高于对照组,经比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较两组患者的不良反应发生率情况,观察组显著低于对照组,经比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠减压患者实施有效的护理干预措施,能够减少不良情况的发生,确保治疗效果理想,值得在临床中推广。

Objective To analyze and discuss the related nursing methods and effects of gastrointestinal decompression patients.Methods The object of the study came from 60 patients who need to be treated with gastrointestinal decompression in general surgery department of Yantai harbor hospital(the time node of the selected cases is 2018-2019).All patients were divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,each group included 30 patients,the control group patients were given routine care,the observation group patients were given effective care,the effect of nursing interventionin in the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation groups was significantly higher than that of the control group,by comparison,it has significant statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,by comparison,it has significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective nursing intervention for gastrointestinal decompression patients can reduce the occurrence of adverse conditions and ensure the ideal therapeutic effect,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
