补益气血通络下乳方治疗产后缺乳的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Tonic Qixue Tongluo Xiaru Formula in Treating Postpartum Lack of Milk

目的探究补益气血通络下乳方治疗产后缺乳的临床效果。方法选择我院2018年6月至2019年10月收治的56例产后缺乳产妇,根据电脑随机盲选法,分为治疗组和对照组,观察两组患者经过不同的治疗方案后的泌乳量、血清催乳素水平。结果治疗组治疗后的泌乳量评分、PRL水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),其泌乳始动时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组产后24h的泌乳量与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其产后第2d、产后第4d,产后第7d泌乳量均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论补益气血通络下乳方可缩短泌乳始动时间,提高泌乳量及PRL水平,显著改善产后缺乳症状,效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buyi Qixue Tongluo Xiaru formula in treating postpartum lack of milk.Methods 56 cases of postpartum women with milk deficiency who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the computerized random selection method,and observe the lactation volume and serum prolactin level of the two groups of patients after different treatment regimens.Results The lactation volume score and PRL level in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the lactation onset time was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the lactation volume at 24 hours after treatment in the treatment group(P>0.05).The lactation volume was higher in the 2nd day,4th day,and 7th day after delivery than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tonic Qixue Tongluo Xiafang formula can shorten the onset time of lactation,increase the amount of lactation and PRL level,and significantly improve the symptoms of postpartum milk deficiency.
