腹腔镜治疗急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎临床效果及并发症观察

Clinical Effect and Complications of Laparoscopic Treatment of Acute Gangrenous Perforated Appendicitis

目的探究急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎患者应用腹腔镜治疗方案对临床治疗效果和并发症发生率的影响。方法将2017年4月到2019年7月在我院收治的130例急性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎患者,随机分为两组,每组65例,对照组给予开腹手术,观察组给予腹腔镜手术,将两组患者临床指标、治疗效果以及并发症发生率进行记录。结果观察组手术时间(24.65±9.26)min、出血量(9.65±3.27)mL、排气时间(15.23±5.06)h等临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为96.92%显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率为6.15%显著低于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急行坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎患者应用腹腔镜治疗方案,能够有效提升临床治疗效果,显著降低并发症发生率,且手术所需时间等临床指标均显著改善。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic treatment on the clinical outcome and complication rate in patients with acute gangrene perforated appendicitis.Methods 130 patients with acute gangrene perforated appendicitis admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to July 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,65 in each group.The control group was given open surgery and the observation group was given laparoscopic surgery.The clinical indicators,treatment effects and complication rates of the two groups were recorded.Results The clinical indexes of the observation group(24.65±9.26)min,blood loss(9.65±3.27)mL,and exhaust time(15.23±5.06)h were better than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.92%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.15%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of laparoscopic treatment in patients with gangrenous perforated appendicitis can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,significantly reduce the incidence of complications,and significantly improve the clinical indicators such as the time required for surgery.
