交锁髓内钉在创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折中的临床治疗效果

Clinical Effect of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail in the Treatment of Traumatic Fracture of Long Bone of Lower Extremity

目的研究探讨交锁髓内钉在创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折中的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院2017年10月至2019年2月收治的创伤性下肢长管状骨骨折患者50例作为研究对象,随机分为两组后给予不同治疗方案展开临床治疗,其中研究组行交锁髓内钉治疗,对比组行钢板内固定治疗,统计记录两组患者接受治疗后并发症发生率以及患者接受治疗后生活质量评分和VAS疼痛评分,并进行对比。结果两组患者经过不同治疗后,研究组患者并发症发生率以及VAS疼痛评分均低于对比组患者,其生活质量评分高于对比组患者,以上对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论交锁髓内钉应用在该疾病临床治疗中,能有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者骨折症状愈合效率,并改善患者预后。因此,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of traumatic fracture long bone of lower extremity.Methods Fifty patients with traumatic fracture of long bone of lower extremity admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups and given different treatment plans for clinical treatment.The study group was treated with interlocking intramedullary nail,and the control group was treated with steel plate internal fixation.The incidence of complications,quality of life and VAS pain were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After different treatment,the incidence of complications and VAS pain score of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and their quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interlocking intramedullary nail in the clinical treatment of traumatic lower limb long tubular bone fracture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the healing efficiency of fracture symptoms,and improve the prognosis of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
