布地奈德雾化吸入对小儿哮喘急性发作的疗效与安全性观察

Observation on the Efficacy and Safety of Budesonide Inhalation in Children with Acute Asthma Attack

目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作的疗效及安全性并进行分析和讨论。方法选取在2017年7月到2019年7月我院小儿内科收治的35例小儿哮喘患者作为此次医学分析的对象,采用抽签分组的方法将35例小儿哮喘患者分为治疗组和对照组,在院治疗期间对照组小儿患者哮喘急性发作时予以常规治疗方式,治疗组小儿患者哮喘急性发作时采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。结果治疗组小儿哮喘患者在FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC方面的指标数据都高于对照组患者(P<0.05),但是在不良反应率方面对照组为6%小于治疗组不良反应率47%,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘急性发作时治疗效果明显但是安全性有待于提高,在今后临床治疗中可酌情观察患者情况并进行使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of asthma in children,and to analyze and discuss it.Methods From July 2015 to July 2017,35 children with asthma received by the respiratory department of our hospital were selected as the objects of this medical analysis.Thirty-five children with asthma were divided into study group and control group by the method of drawing lots.During the hospital treatment,children in the control group were given routine treatment when they had acute asthma attack.Children in the treatment group had acute asthma attack Budesonide inhalation was used.Results The index data of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),however,in terms of adverse reaction rate,6%in the control group was lower than 47%in the treatment group,with statistical significance.Conclusion Budesonide inhalation is effective and safe in the treatment of acute attack of childhood asthma.It can be widely used in the future.
