黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎

Astragalus Tonifying Middle Decoction Combined with Chinese Herbal Acupoint Application Therapy in Treatment of Chronic Gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency and Cold

目的临床针对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者采用黄芪建中汤与中药穴位贴敷联合应用的方法进行治疗,观察其临床有效性。方法本研究所选病例均为脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,选取时间为2016年3月至2019年3月,共36例,以随机数字表法分2组各18例,对照组脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者采用常规的西药进行治疗,观察组患者采用黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎。两组患者均以14天为一疗程,比较两组脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者治疗的总有效率,对比两组脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎治疗前后对自身胃脘疼痛情况、恶心呕吐情况的评分。比较两组患者复发率。结果观察组脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者治疗的总有效率(P<0.05)。对照组、观察组脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者治疗后症状都有所改善,观察组患者治疗后对自身临床症状的评分明显优于对照组对自身临床症状的评分(P<0.05)。观察组患者复发率明显低于对照组患者复发率(P<0.05)。对照组患者总不良反应发生率44.5%高于观察组患者总不良反应发生率11.2%,差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床针对脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者,采用黄芪建中汤与中药穴位贴敷疗法联合治疗的方案,临床疗效较佳,具有较高的治疗有效率,可有效改善患者临床症状,临床上值得推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect of astragalus tonifying middle decoction combined with Chinese herbal acupoint application therapy in treatment of chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness.Methods Choose 36 cases chronic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency from March 2016 to March 2019 in the study,divide them into two groups with random digital table method,18 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine,and observation group with astragalus tonifying middle decoction combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.After 14 days of treatment course,compare total effective rate,stomach cavity pain and nausea and vomiting scores,relapse rate before and after treatment of two groups.Results Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Symptoms in control group and observation group were all improved after treatment.Scores in observation group after treatment were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Relapse rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of total adverse reactions in control group was 44.5%,higher thobservation group,11.2%,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of chronic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness,astragalus tonifying middle decoction combined with Chinese herbal acupoint application therapy has better clinical effect and higher treatment efficiency,can improve clinical symptoms of patients effectively,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
