探讨流产后关爱对改善人工流产患者的生殖及心理健康的效果

Effect Exploration of Post-abortion Care on Improving Reproductive and Mental Health of Induced Abortion Patients

目的对流产后关爱(PAC)应用于人工流产患者护理中对其生殖及心理健康的改善效果进行分析。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月108例行人工流产的患者为对象,以数字随机方式分观察组与参照组各54例,观察组实施PAC服务,参照组给予常规护理,观察两组护理前后生殖健康及心理健康情况。结果护理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显比参照组降低,观察组生殖健康知识认知和避孕知识认知优良率明显高于参照组,两组护理后各项指标相比具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对人工流产患者采取PAC服务模式,可以显著缓解患者消极心理,改善生殖健康,提高其对避孕知识的认知度,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze effect of post-abortion care(PAC)on improvement of reproductive and mental health of patients with artificial abortion.Methods Choose 108 cases artificial abortion patients from January 2017 to December 2018 as subjects.Divide them into observation group and reference group with random digital method,54 cases in each.Observation group was treated with PAC services,and reference group with routine care.Observe reproductive health and mental health before and after care of two groups.Results After nursing,SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than reference group.Reproductive health knowledge cognition and contraceptive knowledge cognition of observation group was superior to reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion PAC service model can significantly alleviate negative psychology,improve reproductive health,and increase awareness of contraceptive knowledge of induced abortion patients,which is worthy of referecne.
