探讨优质护理在微创治疗肝内外胆管结石术中的应用

Explore application of quality nursing in treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones

目的探讨在微创治疗肝内外胆管结石术中应用优质护理的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月来我院就诊的复杂肝内外胆管结石的40例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各20例,对照组患者行以常规护理,研究组患者行以优质护理,对照分析两组临床效果。结果研究组手术时间比对照组短,术中出血量比对照组少,术后下床时间比对照组早,总住院时间比对照组短,P<0.05;从生活质量来看,护理前两组生活质量各项指标评分对比无统计学差异,护理后研究组生活质量各项指标评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;从术后并发症来看,研究组感染、出血、急性胰腺炎以及胆漏等并发症总发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论在微创治疗肝内外胆管结石术中应用优质护理的临床效果确切,不仅可以提高手术效果,还可以提高患者生活质量,避免术后并发症发生,对患者术后康复有利,临床价值显著。

Objective To explore clinical effect of quality nursing in treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones.Methods Choose 40 cases complicated intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones patients in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 as research objects,divide them into research group and control group with random digital method,20 cases in each group Control group was treated with routine nursing,and study group with quality nursing.Analyze clinical effects of two groups.Results Operation time of study group was shorter than control group,bleeding amount during operation was less than control group,out of bed time was earlier than control group,total hospital stay was shorter than control group,P<0.05;there was no statistically significant difference in scores of various indicators of life quality between two groups.Scores of all indicators of life quality in research group after nursing were higher than control group,P<0.05;postoperative complications,infection,bleeding,acute pancreas,total incidence of complications such as inflammation and bile leakage in study group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Quality nursing can achieve definite clinical effect in minimally invasive treatment of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones,can improve surgical effect,life quality,avoid postoperative complications,and benefit postoperative recovery of patients..
