复明地黄汤辨证加减对中老年干眼症患者泪膜功能疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索复明地黄汤辨证加减对中老年干眼症患者泪膜功能疗效。方法选取2017年4月22日至2018年4月22日100例中老年干眼症患者为试验对象,采用数据库随机分组式,各50例,对照组采用卡波姆眼液治疗、观察组采用复明地黄汤治疗。结果观察组治疗后BUT、SIt、TSLP、IL-1β改善情况优于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对干眼症患者实施复明地黄汤辨证加减治疗效果显著,可改善当前泪膜功能。 Objective To explore effect of modified Fuming glutinous rehmannia decoction on tear film function of middle-aged and elderly patients with dry eye syndrome.Methods Choose 100 cases middle-aged and elderly patients with dry eye as test objects from April 22,2017 to April 22,2018,with randomized database,divide them into two groups,50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Carbomer Eye gel,and observation group with Fuming glutinous rehmannia decoction.Results Improvement of BUT,SIt,TSLP and IL-1βin observation group was better than control group.TCM syndrome scores were lower than control group,and total effective rate was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Fuming glutinous rehmannia decoction can achieve significant effect with syndrome differentiation on dry eye syndrome patients,can improve their current tear film function.
