氧气管湿化瓶消毒前后细菌调查 被引量:1

摘要 目的调查氧气管湿化瓶消毒前后细菌情况。方法随机选取2019年1月至2019年6月我院各病房120只氧气湿化瓶及通气管芯,将其按随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各60只。对照组病房分散消毒,观察组统一集中处理消毒。观察比较两组消毒前后细菌检出情况。结果细菌检出以革兰阴性菌为主,两组消毒前细菌检出差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。消毒前两组细菌数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。消毒后观察组细菌数显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组消毒后第1、3、5、7天的细菌检出合格率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用前氧气湿化瓶细菌检出率高,采用集中统一消毒法可有效降低细菌检出率,提高其消毒效果,能显著延长其保存时间,进而减少发生吸氧患者在医院感染,对临床具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate bacteria condition of oxygen tube humidification bottle before and after disinfection.Methods Choose 120 oxygen humidification bottles and ventilating cores in each ward of our hospital from January 2019 to June 2019,and divide them into control group and observation group with random digital method,60 bottles in each group.Control group was dispersed and disinfected,and observation group was treated and disinfected in centralized manner.Observe and compare bacteria detection between two groups before and after disinfection.Results Bacteria detected were mainly Gram-negative bacteria,there was no significant difference between two groups before disinfection(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in bacteria numbers between two groups before disinfection(P>0.05).After disinfection,bacteria numbers in observation group were significantly less than control group(P<0.05).Qualified rate of bacteria detection in observation group on days 1,3,5,and 7 was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detection rate of bacteria is high for oxygen humidification bottle before disinfection,and centralized and unified disinfection method can reduce detection rate of bacteria and improve disinfection effect effectively,which is of great clinical significance.
