摘要
目的探究六顶思考帽思维模式在整体护理教学查房中的实践运用效果。方法选取2018年12月至2019年11月到东莞市妇幼保健院妇产科实习的50名护生为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各25名,对比两组护生学习前后成绩及两组护生学习前后查房满意度。结果两组护生学习前成绩相比差异不大(P>0.05),而学习后成绩对比中,实验组护生学习后成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且两组护生学习前查房满意度对比结果相近(P>0.05),而学习后查房满意度对比中,实验组护生查房满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六项思考帽思维模式在整体护理教学查房中的实践运用效果显著,不仅可以提升护生专业理论掌握能力,同时在查房实践能力的培养上也是具有重要帮助的,因此,应该将六项思考帽思维模式与整体护理教学查房实践教学培养结合,以此提升护生查房实践能力。
Objective To explore practical application effect of six thinking caps mode in overall nursing teaching ward round.Methods Choose 50 cases nursing trainees in obstetrics and gynecology department of Dongguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2018 to November 2019 as research objects,divide them into experimental group and control group randomly,25 cases in each group.Compare scores and satisfaction degree of students before and after study of two groups.Results There was no significant achievement difference between two groups before school(P>0.05).After learning,achievement of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),and ward round satisfaction degree before learning was similar between two groups,(P>0.05),and ward round satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Six-thinking cap mode has significant practical application effect in overall nursing teaching rounds,can improve professional theoretical mastery of nursing students,which is important help in cultivating round rounds practical ability.Therefore,it is necessary to combine six thinking cap mode with with holistic nursing teaching to increase ward round practice training of nursing students.
