摘要
目的研究系统规范化护理对脑胶质瘤手术患者疗效及应激反应的影响;方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年7月我院收治的80例脑胶质瘤手术患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为对照组以及研究组,观察两种护理方法下患者的手术疗效以及应激反应的变化;结果对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用系统规范化护理,研究组护理疗效以及患者的应激反应显著好于对照组(P<0.05);结论系统规范化护理可以降低脑胶质瘤手术患者应激反应,并提高手术疗效,值得临床推广。
Objective To study effect of systematic standardized nursing on curative effect and stress response of glioma surgery patients.Methods Review and analyze clinical data of 80 cases glioma surgery patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.According to different nursing methods,divide them into control group and research group.Observe surgical effect and stress response changes of patients with two nursing methods.Results Control group was treated with routine nursing,and research group with systematic standardized nursing.Nursing effect and stress response of research group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic standardized nursing can reduce stress response of patients with glioma surgery and improve surgical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
