急性化脓坏疽性胆囊炎老龄患者给予胆囊穿刺置管造口引流术的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Cystostomy Drainage for Elderly Patients with Acute Suppurative Gangrenous Cholecystitis

目的分析急性化脓坏疽性胆囊炎老龄患者给予胆囊穿刺置管造口引流术的效果。方法2017年1月至2018年12月收集研究对象,共收集研究对象110例。在尊重患者意见及根据平均分配的原则将研究对象分为55例对照组和55例观察组。两组均实施腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,但观察组在实施前给予胆囊穿刺置管造口引流术。用统计学分析法对比两组临床手术指标和并发症发生率(随访6个月后获得数据)。结果在手术耗时、术中出血量、纠正休克、体温恢复、白细胞恢复、凝血功能恢复时间方面,两组的统计学分析结果为P<0.05。在并发症发生率方面,两组的经统计学分析结果为P<0.05。结论急性化脓坏疽性胆囊炎老龄患者给予胆囊穿刺置管造口引流术可缩短手术耗时,促进身体康复,减少并发症。

Objective To analyze effect of cystostomy drainage for elderly patients with acute suppurative gangrenous cholecystitis.Methods Choose 110 cases research objects from January 2017 to December 2018,based on opinions of patients,divide them into control groups 55 cases and observation groups 55 cases according to principle of average distribution.Both groups were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,observation group with gallbladder puncture catheterization and drainage before implementation.Compare clinical operation indexes and incidence of complications(data obtained after 6 months of follow-up)with statistical analysis method.Results Statistical analysis of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,corrected shock,temperature recovery,white blood cell recovery,and coagulation function recovery time showed P<0.05.Incidence of complications between two groups showed P<0.05 based on statistical analysis.Conclusion Gallbladder puncture catheterization and drainage can shorten operation time,promote physical recovery and reduce complications of acute suppurative gangrenous cholecystitis elderly patients.
