经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入术后血管并发症的护理分析

Nursing Analysis of Coronary Artery Intervention via Radial Artery Puncture for Vascular Complications

目的分析经桡动脉穿刺实施冠状动脉介入术后血管并发症的护理方法及效果。方法随机将2017年1月至2018年12月100例接受冠状动脉介入术的患者分为2组,50例接受常规护理,视作对照组,50例接受并发症预防护理,视作观察组,比较两组并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率为8.00%,对照组22.00%;观察组患者护理满意度评价中各方面评分结果均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉穿刺冠状动脉介入术后实施并发症预防护理有助于减少术后血管并发症的发生,获得患者更高的满意度。

Objective To analyze nursing methods and effect of vascular complications after coronary artery puncture for coronary artery intervention.Methods Divide 100 cases coronary intervention patients from January 2017 to December 2018 into two groups randomly,50 cases in control group received routine care,50 cases in observation group received complications preventive care.Compare incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction degree between two groups.Results Incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was 8.00%,and that of control group was 22.00%.Scores of all aspects of nursing satisfaction evaluation of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Complication prevention and care after coronary artery intervention through radial artery puncture can help reduce occurrence of postoperative vascular complications and achieve higher patient satisfaction degree.
