中医情志护理用于老年性股骨颈骨折围手术期的价值

Value of TCM Emotional Nursing in Perioperative Period of Elderly Femoral Neck Fracture

目的探析中医情志护理用于老年性股骨颈骨折围手术期的价值。方法研究对象是2018年3月至2019年3月我院收治的73例老年性股骨颈骨折患者,运用数字随机表法分组,对照组(n=36)实施常规护理,观察组(n=37)接受中医情志护理,对比护理效果。结果两组患者护理后的焦虑和抑郁情绪评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组患者的负面情绪评分小于对照组,且观察组的护理满意度更高。结论在老年性股骨颈骨折围手术期护理中应用中医情志护理更有利于患者髋关节功能的改善,同时可减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective To explore value of TCM emotional nursing in perioperative period of elderly femoral neck fracture.Methods Choose 73 cases elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 as research objects,divide them into groups with random digital table method.Control group(n=36)was treated with routine care and observation group(n=37)with TCM emotional nursing.Compare nursing effects between two groups.Results Anxiety and depression emotion scores of two groups after nursing were significantly lower than before,and negative emotion scores of observation group were lower than control group,nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than control group.Conclusion TCM emotional nursing is conducive to improvement of hip function,and reduce complications of elderly femoral neck fractures in perioperative nursing,which is worthy of promotion.
