摘要
目的分析临床合理使用抗生素中循证药学所起的促进作用。方法以120例需用抗生素治疗的住院患者为研究对象,其收治时间为2018年5月至2019年7月之间,分为对照组(n=60)与研究组(n=60),对照组根据抗生素使用常规为患者提供抗生素治疗,根据循证药学原则,通过中国知网、万方网、维普网等检索文献资料,获得碳青霉烯类抗生素(亚胺培南)的治疗方案,将其运用到研究组患者的治疗之中,对比两组抗感染、复发及肝功能损害发生情况。结果两组住院时间、排气时间比较研究组均短于对照组,住院费用比较研究组少于对照组,组间数据对比差异显著,P<0.05。第3、5、7 d抗感染有效率比较研究组高于对照组,复发率、肝功能损害发生率研究组均低于对照组,组间数据对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论根据循证药学明确抗生素使用方案可获得较好疗效,复发率、肝功能损伤率均较低,可见循证药学对于促进合理使用抗生素具有较大价值,建议在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To analyze pomoting effect of evidence-based pharmacy in clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods Treat 120 cases hospitalized patients with antibiotic treatment from May 2018 to July 2019 as research objects,divide them into control group(n=60)and research group(n=60).Control group was treated with antibiotic treatment according to routine use of antibiotics,and study group with treatment plan for carbapenem antibiotics(imipenem)based on principles of evidence-based pharmacy,search of literature through China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Network,and Weipu Network.Compare incidence of anti-infection,recurrence and liver damage in two groups.Results Hospitalization time and exhaust time of study group was shorter than control group,and hospitalization cost was less than control group.Data comparison was significantly different between two groups,P<0.05.On the 3rd,5th,and 7th days,anti-infection effectiveness of study group was higher than control group,recurrence rate and liver function damage incidence rate study group was lower than control group.Data comparison between groups was significantly different,P<0.05.Conclusion According to evidence-based pharmacy,antibiotic use scheme can achieve better effect,with lower recurrence rate and liver function injury rate.It can be seen that evidence-based pharmacy has great value for promotion rational use of antibiotics.It is recommended to be widely applied in clinical practice.
