延续护理对老年糖尿病患者生活质量及血糖控制的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Nursing on the Quality of Life and Blood Glucose Control in the Elderly Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析延续护理对老年糖尿病患者生活质量及血糖控制的效果。方法采集2018年10月至2019年08年我院糖尿病老年患者78例,通过随机法分为39例对照组(常规护理)与39例研究组(延续护理),比较不同护理方法实际干预效果的差异性。结果两组干预前血糖相关指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,研究组干预后血糖相关指标水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前生活质量各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,研究组干预后生活质量各项指标更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组护理满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年糖尿病护理中,可通过延续护理达到明确干预效果,使血糖水平得到控制,提高生活质量,促进护理满意度提升。

Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing on the quality of life and blood glucose control of elderly diabetic patients.Methods 78 elderly patients with diabetes in our hospital from October 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into 39 control groups(routine nursing)and 39 study groups(continuous nursing)to compare the difference of actual intervention effect of different nursing methods.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the level of blood glucose related indicators in the study group was lower after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the quality of life in the study group was higher after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the elderly diabetes nursing,we can achieve a clear intervention effect through continuous nursing,so that the blood glucose level can be controlled,the quality of life can be improved,and the nursing satisfaction can be improved.
