“前移后延”延续性护理干预对眼科日间手术的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention before and after Hospitalization on Ophthalmologic Day Surgery

目的探讨"前移后延"延续性护理干预对眼科日间手术的效果评价。方法选取2016年1月至6月收治的1200例日间手术患者为对照组,选取2016年7月至12月收治的1200例日间手术患者为实验组。对照组采取常规的医护一体护理诊疗模式,实验组除了常规的医护一体护理诊疗模式外,在基础上增加了"前移后延"的延续性护理干预措施。分别调查两组的爽约率、停台率、术后并发症、护理服务满意度和健康教育知晓率。结果观察组的爽约率、停台率、术后并发症发生率、护理服务满意率和健康教育知晓率分别为3.5%,1.33%,1.25%,99.46%,99.95%,而对照组分别为20%,8.17%,8.08%,90.78%,90.67%,观察组的爽约率、手术停台率及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,观察组的护理服务满意率和健康教育知晓率均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"前移后延"延续性护理干预可以降低眼科日间手术爽约率、停台率和术后并发症,提升护理服务满意率和健康教育知晓率,有一定促进作用,具有临床推广应用的价值。

Objective To evaluate the effect of continuous nursing intervention before and after hospitalization on ophthalmologic day surgery.Methods 1200’s patients hospitalized in January 2016 to June with doctor-nurse integration nursing modewere selected as control group.1200’s patients hospitalized in July 2016 to December with doctor-nurse integration nursing mode and continuous nursing intervention before and after hospitalization were selected as observation group,then comparing and analyzing the clinical indicators of the two groups.The two miss rate,group stoprate,complications,nursing service satisfaction and health education awareness rate after surgery were investigated before and after intervention.Results The observation group‘s the miss rate,stop rate,nursing satisfaction and health education awareness rate after operation were3.5%、1.33%,1.25%,99.46%,99.95%respectively;while the control group were20%,8.17%,8.08%,90.78%,90.67%.The observation group stoprate miss rate,surgery and postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group,the observation group nursing service satisfaction rate and awareness rate of health education were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Before and after hospitalization nursing intervention can reduce the miss rate,eye day surgery stoprate and postoperative complications,improve nursing service satisfaction and health education awareness,have a certain role in promoting,with the clinical application value.
