超声引导臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在上肢骨折固定术后镇痛中的应用价值分析

Analysis on the Application Value of Ultrasound-guided Brachial Plexus Block Anesthesia in Postoperative Analgesia of Upper Limb Fracture Fixation

目的探究超声引导臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在上肢骨折固定术后镇痛中的应用价值。方法选取我院2019年1月至2019年11月的50例上肢骨折行固定术后的患者进行研究,通过随机数表分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组患者采用传统神经阻滞麻醉的方式,观察组患者采用超声引导臂丛神经阻滞麻醉的方式,观察两组患者的麻醉效果对比、麻醉持续时间和起效时间对比以及麻醉后并发症的发生情况。结果观察组患者的麻醉有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者在麻醉的持续时间和起效时间明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者麻醉后的并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05),两组患者数据对比具有统计学意义。结论对上肢骨折行固定术后的患者采用超声引导臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,能够更快促使麻醉效果的生效,同时可加长麻醉时间,为手术时间提供充分准备,另外,能够显著提高麻醉的整体有效率,抑制并发症的发生,对患者具有良好的实用性。

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia in analgesia after fixed upper limb fractures.Methods A total of 50 patients with upper limb fractures who underwent fixed surgery from January 2019 to November 2019 in our hospital were selected for study.They were divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,with 25 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional nerve block anesthesia.Patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasound-guided brachial plexus nerve block anesthesia.To observe the anesthesia effect comparison,anesthesia duration and onset time comparison as well as the occurrence of complications after anesthesia between the two groups.Results The effectiveness of anesthesia in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The duration and onset time of anesthesia in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the data comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block anesthesia for patients with fixed upper limb fractures can promote the effect of anesthesia faster,meanwhile,it can lengthen the anesthesia time and provide sufficient preparation for the operation time.In addition,it can significantly improve the overall anesthesia It is effective,suppresses the occurrence of complications,and has good practicality for patients.
