南充市ICU医护人员遗体捐献认知调查

An Investigation on the Cognition of Remains donation of ICU Staff in Nanchong City

目的了解南充市ICU医护人员对遗体捐献的认知情况。方法采用自制问卷对南充市各级医院的重症医学科、急诊科ICU工作的230名医生护士进行问卷调查,进行统计分析。结果12.5%的医护人员了解遗体捐献的流程,80.3%的医护人员支持遗体捐献,26.4%的医护人员愿意捐献遗体。医护人员认为促进遗体捐献的措施依次是建立专门的遗体捐献者公墓(80.3%)、颁发证书(61.1%)、捐献者亲属拿到补贴金(61.1%)、福利项目越多越好(60.6%)。结论ICU医护人员自身遗体捐献的意愿偏低。在此背景下,国家应加快遗体捐献的法律出台,加强遗体捐献的线上线下宣传,建立遗体捐献激励机制,从而促进遗体捐献事业的发展。

Objective To understand the cognition of the medical staff in the ICU of Nanchong City to the donation of remains.Methods 230 doctors and nurses working in ICU of intensive medicine and emergency department in Nanchong City were investigated with self-made questionnaire and analyzed statistically.Results 12.5%of the medical staff knew the process of remains donation,80.3%of the medical staff supported the remains donation,26.4%of the medical staff were willing to donate the body.According to the medical staff,the measures to promote the donation of remains are to establish a special cemetery for the donors(80.3%),issue certificates(61.1%),receive subsidies for the relatives of the donors(61.1%),and the more welfare items(60.6%).Conclusion The willingness of medical staff to donate remains is low.In this context,the state should speed up the promulgation of the law on the remains donation,strengthen the online and offline publicity of the remains donation,and establish an incentive mechanism for the remains donation,so as to promote the development of the remains donation.
