医学生对“大学生创新性训练计划”的反馈调查

Investigation on the Effect of the Undergraduates’ Innovative Experimental Program in Medical Education

上海交通大学医学院"大学生创新性训练计划"实施已逾十年。实践证明,这一计划的开展对培养医学生的科研创新能力起到了积极推动作用。在本研究中,采取问卷调查和访谈形式,收集参加此计划的学生的反馈意见,并进行统计分析。在此基础上,对于提升"大学生创新性训练计划"质量、建立实施该计划的长效管理机制提出了建议。

In practice,the"Undergraduates’Innovative Experimental Program(UIEP)"leads to a positive function on the cultivation of scientific capability in medical education.To evaluate and improve the details of the UIEP execution in Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine,a questionnaire survey was conducted and analyzed.Herein,we summarize the key factors affecting the consequence of UIEP,as well as put forward suggestions about the establishing of the long-term mechanism.
