新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情视角下门诊应急管理探讨

新冠肺炎是一种传播性强、潜伏期长、人群易感的新型病毒。本文首先分析了疫情期间医院所面临的困难,我院作为省级新冠肺炎定点收治医院,制定了一系列应急措施来应对此次疫情。本文探讨了医院将发热门诊重新设置,并对发热门诊人员进行科学合理的排班,细化工作指引并加强医院应急管理的正面宣传等各个方面加强门诊应急管理工作。同时总结疫情期间门诊应急管理的工作经验,提出要坚决执行医院的决策部署,强化门诊应急能力,加强正面宣传等。旨在为各医院门诊应急管理能力提高提供参考。

COVID-19 is a new virus with strong transmission,long incubation period and susceptibility to the crowd.This article first analyzes the difficulties that the hospital faced during the epidemic.As a designated hospital for COVID-19,our hospital has formulated a series of emergency measures to deal with the epidemic.This article discusses the resetting of fever clinics in hospitals,scientific and reasonable scheduling of fever clinic staff,detailed work guidelines,and positive promotion of hospital emergency management to strengthen emergency management of outpatient clinics.At the same time,the work experience of outpatient emergency management during the epidemic situation was summarized,and it was suggested that the decision-making deployment of the hospital should be resolutely implemented,the outpatient emergency capacity should be strengthened,and positive publicity should be strengthened.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the emergency management capabilities.
