枫泾地区呼吸道感染与5项呼吸道病原体抗体结果临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Respiratory Tract Infection and Antibody Results of five Respiratory Pathogens in Fengjing Area

目的本次研究主要调查枫泾地区呼吸道感染的儿童5项呼吸道病原体抗体结果分析。方法选取的390例研究对象是经我院确诊为呼吸道感染患者,选取的时间段为2018年7月至2019年6月。所有患儿进行5项呼吸道病原体(肺炎支原体抗体,衣原体抗体,呼吸道合胞病毒抗体,腺病毒抗体,柯萨奇病毒抗体)抗体检测,从而了解枫泾地区呼吸道感染的流行现状、主要感染病原、年龄和季节发病关系。结果390例样本中肺炎支原体抗体阳性52例,检出率为13.33%,显著高于其他病原体检出率;>1岁的各年龄组中感染率最高的病原体是肺炎支原体;春季呼吸道感染率显著高于其他季节。结论针对不同年龄不同季节呼吸道感染的病原检测结果,为临床有效的诊断和针对性治疗提供参考依据,避免抗生素的滥用,有效减少患病率,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the antibody results of 5 respiratory pathogens in children with respiratory tract infection in Fengjing area.Methods 390 patients with respiratory tract infection were selected from July 2018 to June 2019.All the children were tested for 5 respiratory pathogens(Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody,Chlamydia antibody,respiratory syncytial virus antibody,adenovirus antibody,Coxsackie virus antibody),so as to understand the current situation of respiratory infection in Fengjing area,the main pathogens,age and seasonal relationship.Results The positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody was 13.33%in 52 of 390 samples,which was significantly higher than the physical examination rate of other pathogens;the highest infection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in all age groups over 1 year old was Mycoplasma pneumoniae;the respiratory infection rate in spring was significantly higher than that in other seasons.Conclusion According to the results of pathogen detection of respiratory tract infection in different ages and seasons,it can provide reference for clinical effective diagnosis and targeted treatment,avoid the abuse of antibiotics,effectively reduce the prevalence and improve the quality of life.
