急性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C及凝血功能的临床检验价值

Clinical Value of Serum Cystatin C and Coagulation Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清胱抑素C及凝血功能检验的临床价值。方法撷取2018年10月至2019年11月我院接诊的急性脑梗死患者50例作为研究组,选取同期在我院进行健康体检的受检者50例作为对照组,分别对比两组受检者的血清胱抑素C(CysC)和凝血功能指标。结果研究组患者的CysC水平、血浆纤维蛋白(Fg)水平均高于对照组,而血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶原时间(APTT)水平均低于对照组,P<0.05;为了进一步研究在脑梗死的中的价值,将研究组患者分成进展型(28例)和完全型(22例),对比发现,进展型患者的CysC水平和Fg水平高于完全型,PT、APTT低于完全型,P<0.05。结论CysC水平和凝血功能指标对于急性脑梗死的诊断有重要帮助,可以指导临床分型,为医生制定治疗方案提供依据。

Objective To explore the clinical value of serum cystatin C and coagulation function tests in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the study group,and 50 patients who underwent health examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group,and the two groups were compared respectively.Test subjects’serum cystatin C(CysC)and coagulation function indicators.Results The levels of CysC and plasma fibrin(Fg)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of plasma prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial prothrombin time(APTT)were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05;In order to further study the value in cerebral infarction,the study group patients were divided into progressive(28 cases)and complete(22 cases).The comparison found that the levels of CysC and Fg in patients with progressive were higher than those in complete,PT,APTT is lower than the complete type,P<0.05.Conclusion CysC levels and coagulation function indicators are important for the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction,can guide clinical classification,and provide a basis for doctors to formulate treatment plans.
