穴位贴敷消肿止痛贴和中药颗粒对缓解肝癌疼痛的临床效果和机理分析

Clinical Effect and Mechanism Analysis of Relieving Pain of Liver Cancer by Acupoint Application of Detumescence Analgesic Plaster and Chinese Medicine Granule

目的分析探讨穴位贴敷消肿止痛贴和中药颗粒对缓解肝癌疼痛的临床效果和机理。方法选取我院肿瘤科在2016年6月至2019年6月收治的60例原发性肝癌患者为研究对象,按照随机抽取法将其平均分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者应用常规镇痛药治疗,观察组在此基础上联合穴位贴敷消肿止痛贴及中药颗粒治疗,比较两组患者的疼痛改善情况以及不良反应发生率。结果在经过一定时间段的治疗后,两组患者疼痛情况均得到缓解,且观察组疼痛缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05);不良反应发生率,观察组为10.0%,对照组为26.7%,组间差异比较明显(P<0.05)。结论对肝癌患者应用穴位贴敷消肿止痛贴和中药颗粒的治疗方法,能显著缓解疼痛,降低不良反应发生率,有效性和安全性得以保障。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect and mechanism of acupoint application of detumescence analgesic plaster and traditional Chinese medicine granule on relieving the pain of liver cancer.Methods Sixty patients with primary liver cancer admitted and treated in the oncology department of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the random sampling method,they were divided into observation group and control group on average,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional analgesics,while those in the observation group were treated with acupoint plaster for detumescence and traditional Chinese medicine granule,and the pain improvement and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment for a certain period of time,the pain was relieved in both groups,and the pain relief rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.0%in the observation group and 26.7%in the control group,with significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application of detumescence analgesic plaster and Chinese medicine granule in the treatment of liver cancer patients can significantly relieve pain,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and ensure the effectiveness and safety.
