中药熏洗辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigating and Washing on diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的研究分析中药熏洗辅助治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。方法在2016年3月至2019年12月到我院进行治疗的糖尿病周围神经病患者中,选取780例作为本次的研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同进行分组,其中390例采用常规治疗的患者纳入A组,另外390例在此基础上加以中药熏洗辅助治疗的患者纳入B组,对比两组患者的治疗效果和满意度。结果B组患者的治疗有效率以及患者满意度均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病周围神经病变患者的治疗中,在常规治疗基础上加以中药熏洗辅助治疗,能显著提升治疗效果,并且得到了患者的高度认可,该治疗方式值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Seven hundred and eighty diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients who came to our hospital from March 2016 to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into groups according to the different treatment methods,390 of them were enrolled into group A with conventional treatment,and 390 of them were enrolled into group B with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing as auxiliary treatment.The therapeutic effect and fullness of the two groups were compared Meaning.Results The effective rate and satisfaction of group B were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can significantly improve the treatment effect,and has been highly recognized by the patients.This treatment method is worthy of further promotion and application.
