针对性护理对老年急性阑尾炎患者腹腔镜阑尾切除术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing on Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis in Elderly Patients with Acute Appendicitis after Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的探究对老年急性阑尾炎患者腹腔镜阑尾切除术后下肢深静脉血栓进行针对性护理的影响。方法本研究32例研究对象均为2017年6月至2018月6月我院收治的老年急性阑尾炎患者,16例常规组患者进行常规护理,另16例研究组患者进行预防下肢深静脉血栓的针对性护理。观察两组患者临床指标以及下肢深静脉血栓形成情况。结果术后研究组患者的首次进食时间、下床活动时间和住院时间均明显短于常规组;术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生率明显低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年急性阑尾炎患者腹腔镜阑尾切除术后采用针对性护理可以有效降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生,缩短患者的首次进食时间、下床活动时间和住院时间。

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients with acute appendicitis after laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods Thirty-two cases of acute appendicitis in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in this study.Sixteen patients in the routine group received routine nursing,and 16 patients in the study group received targeted nursing to prevent deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity,observing the clinical indicators and deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in two groups of patients.Results Patients in the study group had significantly shorter first meal times,out of bed activities,and hospital stays than the conventional group,and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremity was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing care for elderly patients with acute appendicitis after laparoscopic appendectomy can effectively reduce the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs,shorten the time of first meal,time of getting out of bed and length of hospital stay.
