结合雌激素片治疗宫腔粘连60例的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Intrauterine Adhesions Treated with Estrogen Tablet

目的观察结合雌激素片治疗宫腔粘连60例的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院妇科门诊2017年8月至2018年2月诊治的宫腔粘连患者60例。按诊治顺序将其分成对照组和观察组各30例,两组患者均实施宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术治疗,术后第2天给予对照组患者每日口服1.25 mg结合雌激素片进行治疗,给予观察组患者每日口服2.5 mg结合雌激素片进行治疗,并对两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率进行对比。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);同时两组患者不良反应发生率均较低,组间结果对比无明显差异,不具备可比性(P>0.05)。结论针对宫腔粘连患者实施宫腔镜下宫腔粘连分离术后给予每日口服2.5 mg结合雌激素片治疗,可有效提高临床治疗效果,且不良反应较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined estrogen tablet in the treatment of 60 cases of uterine adhesion.Methods Sixty cases of intrauterine adhesions diagnosed and treated in our gynecological clinic from August 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected.According to the order of diagnosis and treatment,the patients in the two groups were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with hysteroscopic intrauterine adhesions separation.On the day after operation,the patients in the control group were treated with 1.25 mg combined with estrogen tablets every day,and the patients in the observation group were treated with 2.5 mg combined with estrogen tablets every day.The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was lower,there was no significant difference between the results of the two groups,and there was no comparability(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with intrauterine adhesions,2.5 mg/d combined with estrogen tablets can effectively improve the clinical effect,and the adverse reactions are low,which is worthy of clinical application.
