加味香砂六君子汤内服外用干预肿瘤患者化疗消化道反应的随机平行对照研究

A randomized Parallel Control Study on the Effect of Internal and External Administration of Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on the Digestive Tract Response of Tumor Patients with Chemotherapy

目的观察加味香砂六君子汤干预肿瘤化疗所致消化道反应的疗效。方法选取我科2016年1月至2019年1月收治的80例恶性肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,随机分成治疗组与对照组各40例,治疗组在化疗开始前一周开始口服加味香砂六君子汤,化疗时在西医常规治疗基础上实施加味香砂六君子汤敷脐治疗,对照组采用安慰剂联合西医常规治疗。观察对比两组患者临床症状表现、临床症状各等级分布情况及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组患者临床症状各等级分布情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组临床症状各等级分布均具有明显统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论加味香砂六君子汤干预恶性肿瘤化疗所致消化道反应的疗效较为显著,可明显改善肿瘤患者各种消化道临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on digestive tract reaction induced by tumor chemotherapy.Methods From January 2016 to January 2019,80 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The treatment group was treated with Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction one week before the beginning of chemotherapy,and the control group was treated with placebo combined with routine western medicine.The clinical symptoms,the distribution of clinical symptoms and the clinical curative effect were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the distribution of clinical symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the distribution of clinical symptoms between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiawei Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction has a significant effect on digestive tract reaction caused by chemotherapy of malignant tumors,and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of various digestive tract of tumor patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
