摘要
目的探究老年性骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者应用经皮穿刺椎体成形手术进行治疗的效果及应用价值。方法本次实验对象选自2017年1月至2019年7月在本院进行治疗的100例老年骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者,对所有患者进行经皮穿刺椎体成形手术治疗,将患者治疗前后的活动能力评分、视觉类评分及术后1个月、6个月患者疼痛明显缓解情况进行对比。结果治疗后,患者的活动能力评分较治疗之前明显提升(t=10.313,P=0.000),视觉类评分较治疗前明显降低了(t=29.032,P=0.000);并且治疗之后的1个月/6个月患者疼痛明显缓解人数得到了显著的增加,缓解率提升了(χ~2=14.831,P=0.000),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年性骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折患者应用经皮穿刺椎体成形手术进行治疗能够极大程度上提升患者的机体能力,还能够显著的改善患者的视觉能力,并且患者的疼痛得到了明显的缓解,患者的病情得到了极大的改善,有效的提升了患者的健康程度。
Objective To explore the effect and application value of percutaneous vertebroplasty in the treatment of senile osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture.Methods The experimental target is selected from 100 senile osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture patients,which are treated in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019,and is used for the percutaneous puncture of the vertebral body forming operation for all patients,and the activity capacity of the patients before and after the treatment is scored,The visual score and the postoperative 1-month and 6-month patient pain were significantly relieved.Results After treatment,the activity ability score of the patient was significantly improved before the treatment(t=10.313,P=0.000),and the visual score was significantly reduced before treatment(t=29.032,P=0.000);and the number of patients with a significant increase in pain in the 1-month period after the treatment was significantly increased,The response rate was increased(χ~2=14.831,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture can greatly improve the body ability of the patients,but also significantly improve the visual ability of the patients,and the pain of the patients has been obviously alleviated,the condition of the patients has been greatly improved,and the health of the patients has been effectively improved.
