多种形式健康教育干预对于脑血管病康复行为的影响观察

The Effect of Various Health Education Interventions on the Rehabilitation Behavior of Cerebrovascular Disease

目的研究探讨多种形式健康教育干预对于脑血管病康复行为的影响。方法选取我院2017年1月至2019年1月收治的脑血管病患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为两组后给予不同康复干预措施,其中研究组行多种形式健康教育干预,对比组行常规康复干预治疗,统计记录两组患者接受干预治疗后生活质量评分和Barthel指标评分以及接受治疗后脑血管病并发症发生率,并进行对比。结果两组患者经过不同康复干预措施治疗后,研究组患者生活质量评分和Barthel指标评分高于对比组患者,其并发症发生率低于对比组患者,以上对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多种形式健康教育干预措施应用在脑血管病康复治疗中,能提高患者对临床治疗的依从性,加快其后期康复效率的提升。因此,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of various health education interventions on the rehabilitation behavior of cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups and given different rehabilitation interventions,among which the study group received various forms of health education intervention,the control group received routine rehabilitation intervention,and the quality of life score,Barthel index score and the incidence of cerebrovascular complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment of different rehabilitation interventions,the quality of life score and Barthel index score of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,all of which had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of various health education interventions in the rehabilitation treatment of cerebrovascular disease can improve the compliance of patients with clinical treatment and accelerate the improvement of rehabilitation efficiency in the later stage.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
