中药质量规范化管理对提高中药房管理效能的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Standardized Management of Traditional Chinese Medicine Quality on Improving the Management Efficiency of Chinese Pharmacy

目的探讨中药质量规范化管理对提高中药房管理效能的影响分析。方法选取实行中药质量规范化管理的中医治疗患者100例作为研究组,并选取我院往年实行常规中药质量管理的中医治疗患者100例作为对比组,并进行对比。结果经过对不同阶段中药房管理效能相关资料进行分析统计,中药质量规范化管理期间中药房中药调剂准确率高于常规中药质量管理,其中药日常管理质量评分均优于常规中药质量管理,以上对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药质量规范化管理应用在中药房管理,能有效提高医院中药房管理效能,降低中药房中各类不良事件发生率,以此提高中药房医疗服务的质量。

Objective To explore the influence of standardized quality management of traditional Chinese medicine on improving the management efficiency of Chinese pharmacy.Methods One hundred cases of TCM patients with standardized quality management of traditional Chinese medicine were selected as the study group,and 100 cases of TCM patients with conventional quality management of traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital were selected as the control group.Results According to the analysis and statistics of the relevant data of the management efficiency of Chinese pharmacy in different stages,the accuracy rate of the traditional Chinese medicine dispensing in Chinese pharmacy during the standardized management of the quality of Chinese medicine is higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine quality management,and the quality scores of the routine management of Chinese medicine are better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine quality management,and the above comparisons are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized quality management of traditional Chinese medicine in the management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy can effectively improve the management efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy,reduce the incidence of various adverse events in traditional Chinese medicine room,so as to improve the quality of medical services in traditional Chinese medicine room.
