研究联合应用高频与低频超声诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值和意义

The Clinical Value and Significance of combined High-frequency and Low-frequency Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Acute Endophthalmitis

目的探讨高频与低频超声在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法对本院2017年5月至2019年4月经手术病理或者临床证实的急性阑尾炎患者58例超声资料回顾分析。结果高频超声诊断准确率优于低频超声诊断准确率,低频联合高频超声较单一的高频、单一的低频超声诊断准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频超声具有较高的阑尾检出率,其可将阑尾壁、阑尾直径、阑尾腔内具体状况清楚显示出来,联合低频超声,能够更好的诊断急性阑尾炎与其周围组织关系,为临床诊治提供重要数据参考,值得采纳、推广。

Objective To evaluate the value of high frequency and low frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods The ultrasonic data of 58 patients with acute appendicitis confirmed by operation,pathology or clinic from May 2017 to April 2019 were analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of high-frequency ultrasound was 82.76%,the accuracy of low-frequency ultrasound was 55.17%,the diagnostic accuracy of low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasound was 94.83%,and the frequency of low-frequency and high-frequency ultrasound was higher than that of single high-frequency,and the accuracy of single low-frequency ultrasound was higher and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-frequency ultrasound has a high detection rate of the tail-tail,which can clearly display the specific conditions in the tail wall,the tail-tail diameter and the tail-tail cavity,can be combined with the low-frequency ultrasound,can better diagnose the relationship between the acute endophthalmitis and the surrounding tissue,provide an important data reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is worthy of adoption,promotion.
