间苯三酚加速产程的效果及对妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Phloroglucin on Accelerated Labor and Its Effect on Pregnancy Outcome

目的探究间苯三酚对产程的加速效果及妊娠结局的影响。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月收治的足月妊娠产妇50例作为研究对象,按照不同治疗方案进行分组,将其均分为对照组(n=25,产科常规处理)与观察组(n=25,常规联合间苯三酚进行治疗),观察两组产妇的产程进展与妊娠结局。结果观察组产妇总产程时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。另外,妊娠结局方面,观察组阴道分娩率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组产后24 h内出血量、发生胎儿窘迫的概率及新生儿Apgar评分经对比未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对产妇应用间苯三酚能够加快产程进程,提升阴道分娩率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of phloroglucinol on the accelerated course of labor and the outcome of pregnancy.Methods A total of 50 full-term pregnant women who were admitted between July 2017 and June 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group(n=25,routine obstetric treatment)and observation group(n=25,routine treatment combined with phloroglucinol)according to different treatment options.To observe the progress of labor process and pregnancy outcome of two groups of parturients.Results The total time of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,in the pregnancy outcome,the vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amount of bleeding,the probability of fetal distress and the Apgar score of the newborn within 24 hours after birth(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of phloroglucin to maternal women can speed up the process of labor and increase the rate of vaginal delivery,which is worth promoting.
